Born in Middlesbrough and raised in Scotland, Luke settled in the Hertfordshire area in 2021, bringing with him a wealth of experience and a genuine passion for the land and new homes sector.

Luke works closely with landowners, developers and investors across Hertfordshire, Essex and North London, helping to take opportunities from the initial conversation through to sale. He also works with developers to match new-build schemes with the right buyers, combining market knowledge with a straightforward and personable approach.

Building strong relationships is at the heart of how Luke works. His natural ability to connect with people, alongside his enthusiasm for property, makes him a valued part of the Hobdays team.

Away from work, Luke is happiest outdoors. Whether he’s exploring the UK’s countryside, climbing hills, camping under the stars or racing down a mountain bike trail, he’s always looking for his next adventure.
