Established in 1997, we have built a strong reputation for providing honest advice, local expertise and a personalised service to homeowners, buyers, landlords and developers across Potters Bar and the surrounding areas.
Our story
Since opening our doors, Hobdays has remained committed to delivering a more personal approach to estate agency. Over the years, we have helped generations of clients successfully buy, sell, let and develop property; building long-standing relationships along the way.
In 2026 Hobdays was acquired by Mario Panayiotou and Chris Stokes, both Directors and members of the National Association of Estate Agents (MNAEA). Chris & Mario have been working within the property industry for over 25 years and bring with them a wealth of experience of running successful, independent estate agency offices across Hertfordshire and are industry innovators.
They understand the importance of remaining part of the local community and that’s why you will see the same familiar faces in our Potters Bar office but with the addition of modern, up to date marketing strategies to ensure your property reaches its maximum exposure. Our team also includes ARLA-qualified professionals, bringing additional expertise and knowledge to our lettings services.
Our experience has given us an in-depth understanding of the local market, from the character of each neighborhood to the opportunities available across the area.
